Investor Relations is the communications interface between the Salzgitter Group and the capital markets.

The objective of Investor Relations is to ensure that Salzgitter stock enjoys an objective assessment and an appropriate valuation. To this end we keep the capital markets informed regarding the company, its products and its markets, as well as its strategies and potential. The principles upon which our information policy is founded are promptness, completeness and transparency. The confidence placed in us by the capital market is the measure of our success.

We regard ourselves as the point of contact for all capital market participants, and we devote special attention to maintaining existing and developing new contacts at national and international levels. Through our Investor Relations web site, we aim to provide a comprehensive range of information for all those with an interest in Salzgitter stock.

Since our stock market flotation, we have constantly expanded our communications with the capital markets. The magazine Capital and the German Association of Financial Analysts and Asset Managers (DVFA) acknowledged our work by awarding us third place in the MDAX category in 2003, and second place in 2005. This follows on from the excellent ratings we have achieved in these contests over the years.
