The Supervisory Board at its meeting on December 13, 2007, re-appointed Mr. Wolfgang Eging, Executive Board member responsible for the Tubes division, for a further 5 years (October 1, 2008 to September 30, 2013).

At the same meeting Executive Board member Dr. Heinz Jörg Fuhrmann, responsible for Finance and Technology, was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board.
