Salzgitter AG has acquired a 5.0 % stake of Norddeutsche Affinerie AG from the Hamburger Gesellschaft für Vermögens- und Beteiligungsmanagement GmbH (HGV) being the holding company for shareholdings of the City of Hamburg. With this step Salzgitter has increased its shareholding in Norddeutsche Affinerie to 10.8 %.
